Can you make a .........?
I can make many different models, but some may need to be designed. If so, a creation fee will be included for such orders.
How long does it take to make …...?
Depending on the model you choose it can take 5 minutes to 2 hours to create one model. Designing a new model may take a day or even up to a week.
How much is shipping and what methods are available?
Shipping depends on your choice of method and zip code. Currently, I do not ship outside of the US and am based in New York City. I ship via USPS Priority.
What type of paper is being used?
I use traditional origami paper called kami or foil. This has color on one side and white on the other. They come in sizes of 6 inch, 10 inch and 14inch. There is no 14inch foil.
What type of payment methods are there? Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover, paypal. No checks, cash or money orders.
Is there a return policy?
If you're not satisfied with your order please ship the order back within 7 days and I will gladly refund your money. You are responsible for shipping.
Is there a discount for bulk orders?
Yes. 10% off of an order of 15 or more. 15% off of an order of 100 or more.
When will my order be sent?
Depending on the order. Premade order – 1 day. Custom order – 1 week after the design is made.
Do you give lessons?
Yes, I teach private lessons to adults or serious learners. For more info click on the teaching link.
